Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalised fashion consultation and recommend suitable clothing based on customers preferences and requirements.
- Promote and sell tailored suits, shirts and fashion products to achieve sales targets.
- Take customer measurements and coordinate with the tailoring team for fitting and alterations.
- Follow up with customers on fittings, alterations and order collection.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Maintain product presentation and ensure the showroom is well-organised.
Job Requirements
- Strong interest in fashion, tailoring and customer-facing sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and service-oriented personality.
- Previous experience in fashion retail, tailoring or sales will be an advantage.
- Comfortable with sales targets, customer consultations and commission-based incentives.
- Professional appearance with good attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
