About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing international fashion brand with strong global expansion plans. With an established presence in Asia and rapid overseas growth, the company is now seeking a senior leader to drive international channel development and accelerate market expansion across key global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overseas channel development and expansion strategy across key markets, including Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Americas
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and develop market entry strategies
- Build and manage franchise, distributor, and strategic partnership channels
- Drive negotiations and agreements with international partners and stakeholders
- Develop long-term expansion roadmap aligned with company growth objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including retail, operations, merchandising, and marketing
- Monitor market performance and optimize expansion strategy accordingly
- Build and manage regional channel development team where necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brand industry
- Proven experience in overseas expansion, franchise development, or international business development
- Strong understanding of global retail markets and channel strategies
- Experience working across multiple regions (SEA, Middle East, Europe, Americas preferred)
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environment
