Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations and purchases.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain product displays, stock arrangement and showroom cleanliness.
- Handle cashier duties, payment transactions and daily sales activities.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and receiving new merchandise.
- Support promotional activities and achieve store sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Interested in fashion retail and customer-facing service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional attitude.
- Previous retail or customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working towards sales targets and handling daily store operations.
- Willing to work 5 days per week, including weekends or public holidays according to the roster.
