Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Conceptualize and design timeless, seasonless apparel for men and women, focusing on quality and sustainability.
• Research fashion trends, customer preferences, and market movements to inspire new collections.
• Create detailed sketches, tech packs, and prototypes for production.
• Analyze sales data and customer insights to drive product development and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing on product launches, campaigns, and creative storytelling.
• Build relationships with suppliers and partners to source quality materials while maintaining sustainability values.

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of experience in fashion design and merchandising (fresh grads with strong portfolios and a proactive mindset are welcome).
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
• Knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and sustainable materials.
• Ability to analyze data and customer insights to make strategic decisions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A portfolio showcasing timeless, functional, and thoughtful designs.
