What Youll DoShape the Collections
- Lead design direction for our weekly collections and seasonal and capsule campaigns, setting the creative tone that defines YHF.
- Translate global fashion trends into pieces that resonate with our brand.
- Build mood boards, sketches, and prototypes that excite both the team and customers.
Bring Ideas to Life
- Oversee the full collection timeline, from concept to launch - ensuring every drop hits on time.
- Conduct fittings and sample reviews, refining designs so they look as good IRL as they do in sketches.
- Push creative boundaries while balancing speed, branding and production feasibility.
Collaborate & Influence
- Work directly with factories to make sure ideas are executed to perfection.
- Partner with marketing and creative team to ensure collections dont just drop - they make a statement.
- Experiment with fabrics, trims, and silhouettes that set us apart from fast fashion sameness.
Drive Impact Beyond Design
- Maintain collection calendars and systems that keep launches on track without killing creativity.
- Ensure every product detail - from fabric info to e-commerce descriptions - is flawless before launch.
- Create a design legacy that influences not just what we make, but how the brand grows.

Were Looking For- Relevant experience with a fashion brand; in design and/or print
- Proficient in Adobe Suite
- A strong fashion design portfolio showing commercial yet distinctive pieces.
- Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production.
- Experience leading design/production cycles from concept to final launch.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluent in english and mandarin

Location and hours:
- This is an in-office position
- YHF HQ is located at Shriro House, 11 Chang Charn Rd
- 5-day work week from Monday to Fridays, 9am to 6pm
