Brief Summary
We are looking for a skilled Family Medicine Specialist to join a soon-to-launch healthcare service dedicated to preventive health and proactive management. This role involves providing comprehensive health assessments and personalized health advice for executives and retirees.
Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive health screenings and medical evaluations for corporate executives. Assess retirees health, focusing on age-related health risks and overall wellbeing. Review medical histories, physical examinations, laboratory results, and diagnostics. Identify health risks and recommend preventive, lifestyle, and medical interventions. Offer follow-up consultations and ongoing health management as needed. Coordinate referrals to relevant specialists and allied health professionals. Design age- and risk-appropriate health screening plans and preventive care strategies. Assist in establishing health screening protocols, clinical workflows, and service standards for the new facility. Engage in business development efforts, including collaboration with corporate clients and development of health screening programs. Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with Singapore healthcare regulations and standards. Enhance the quality of patient experience through personalized and professional care.
Requirements
- MMed (Family Medicine) or an equivalent recognized postgraduate specialist qualification. Registration with the Singapore Medical Council, accredited to practice in Family Medicine. Relevant clinical experience in Family Medicine, preventive health, health screening, or executive health services. Experience in geriatrics or managing older adults is advantageous. Strong clinical judgment with a focus on preventive and holistic healthcare. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with corporate executives and retirees. Ability to adapt to a new environment and contribute to the establishment of clinical services.
