We are looking for a Project Executive to take on a full-time Family Enable role, who is grounded, organised, and motivated to work directly with families to see programmes through from start to finish. This role is suited for someone who enjoys being on the ground, coordinating moving parts, and building relationships, while ensuring that programmes are delivered smoothly and meaningfully.
You will anchor the day-to-day implementation of EFI programmes, working closely with families, interns, volunteers, and partners, with guidance from the supervisor and Executive Director.
Programme Leadership and Delivery
. Support end-to-end planning and implementation of EFI programmes with EFI team
. Work alongside EFI families and partners to support them in achieving their goals
. Track timelines, workplans, and deliverables
. Ensure programme milestones are met in a timely manner
. Handle logistics, scheduling, and coordination of programme activities
. Identify issues on the ground and propose solutions
Family and Community Engagement
. Co-facilitate group sessions and engagements with families
. Build and maintain trusting relationships with participating families
Stakeholder and Partner Management
. Coordinate and manage interns and volunteers involved in the programme
. Liaise with partners and support collaboration efforts
. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
. Track programme outputs and outcomes using internal systems
. Manage data entry, documentation, and reporting processes
. Support preparation of reports for funders and leadership
. Maintain accurate and organised records
Communications and Outreach
. Support basic communications efforts (e.g. social media, website updates)
. Support outreach and recruitment of families where needed
