Responsibilities:
1. Household Management:
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair services, liaise with contractors, and oversee home improvement projects.
- Inventory and Supplies:
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and groceries.
- Handle shopping for groceries, household items, and personal needs.
- Vendor and Contractor Management:
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to secure necessary services and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Oversee projects within the household, ensuring they are completed to the family's standards.
2. Family Support:
- Provide support with childcare, including school drop-offs/pick-ups, coordinating extracurricular activities as needed.
- Provide personal assistance to family members as needed, including running errands, booking appointments, and making reservations.
- Run personal errands, including shopping, dry cleaning, and other tasks as requested by the family
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for the children and family.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all family matters, ensuring the privacy of the boss and his family.
3. Travel and Vacation Planning:
- Conduct research on various topics as requested, such as vacation planning, school options, or health-related information.
- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Ensure all travel logistics are in place, including transportation, packing, and travel documentation.
Requirements:
- Great command of English and Mandarin, both written and oral.
- 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
- Must own a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Sensitive to needs and takes initiative all the time.
- Have a sense of ownership knows what is best for the employer.
- Honest and work with high integrity.
- Have patience with young children.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with lots of initiative.
- Good at coordinating, follow-ups, and planning.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- A grasp of absolute discretion and confidentiality.

- Service and result-oriented with a positive working attitude.
- Able to work independently, from home, office, or at the house as required.
Working Conditions:
o Flexibility in hours, with the possibility of working early mornings, late evenings, and weekends based on the family's needs
o On-call availability for urgent matters or changes in family schedules.
