Thesuccessful candidatewill manage the Messaging Environment of OCBC Bank and work towards deliveringinitiatives related to a SaaS environment and build a Centre of Excellence around messaging and collaboration services and related components. Working collaboratively with technology teams, the candidate will help to drive operations and automation to accelerate product delivery and to ensure consistent and stable services. They will ensure Messaging Environment is correctly operated ensuring Security and Stability. As SE of Messaging Services, you will be responsible for day-to-day BAU operations and activities.
Your role will involve ensuring the systems are upgraded, maintained, and implementing best practices in managing the Messaging Infrastructure. You will be responsible to ensure the Messaging infrastructure is monitored, and any issues are identified proactively, thereby reducing service availability impact.Your role would require you to explore and envision the cloud journey through Office 365, or related technologies and implementing them in the bank, ensuring all bank compliance and control policies are met.
