Job Description:

To assist in servicing SME customers service requests in the middle office functions such as:
Gather and extract information for account reviews
. Obtain documents for account remediation
. Contact customers due to transaction discrepancies

The incumbent will be responsible for servicing corporate customers on account opening, account servicing and handling of trade and credit related products enquiries for small businesses. While servicing customers, you are also required to review customer accounts and transactions according to the organization's procedures, and within regulatory and compliance guidelines.

You will need to work independently and take ownership of issues, handle customers queries professionally and efficiently with the ability to retain huge amount of product and service knowledge. You are expected to be customer centric, be able to identify areas for process improvements, and work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

On-the-job training in processes and customer communications will be provided.
