Job Description:
Operations / Documentation:

  • Improve knowledge on all Bank products, Credit standards, Documentation to provide efficient customer services.

Assist In Maintaining Customer Relationship:

  • Respond to questions concerning savings account opening / bank statement enquiry / deposit and withdrawal.
  • Follow up on pending documents from customers.
  • Assist the operation team in handling customer operation-related transactions.
  • Support the operation services team to help customers complete drawdown preparations. Example include helping liaise with customers to rectify defective documents.
  • Assist the relationship manager with customer service and assist to open new accounts for clients and helping prepare necessary documents for data quality, loan agreements, Know-Your-Customer Process etc.
  • Oversee other matters instructed by line manager.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to deliver assigned tasks timely and accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous and detailed.
  • A confident and effective team player who is able to work independently.
  • Knowledge in trade finance will be anadvantage.
  • Proficient in MS office, especially in Excel.
