Job Description
Supervise daily factory operations in meat processing and preservation activities, including cutting, marinating, curing, packaging and cold storage handling.
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining strict quality and food safety standards.
Monitor compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations, HACCP requirements and internal hygiene protocols.
Oversee proper handling of raw and processed meat products to ensure temperature control and contamination prevention.
Maintain accurate production records, inventory reports and wastage control documentation.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in meat processing, food manufacturing or factory supervision.
Strong knowledge of meat handling procedures, hygiene standards and food safety regulations.
Good understanding of cold chain management and temperature control processes.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
