Factory Production Manage

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure timely and high-quality output
• Plan and schedule production to meet customer demands and delivery timelines
• Lead and supervise production staff, including carpenters and machine operators
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods
• Coordinate with procurement, design, and logistics teams to streamline operations
• Implement continuous improvement processes to reduce waste and enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience in factory or production management, preferably in woodworking or furniture manufacturing
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret production requirements
• Familiarity with CNC machinery and woodworking processes
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
