Factory Operator (5-Day Work / Up to $3,100+/ WEST)

Company: Manufacturing - Infant & Adult Milk Powder

Salary: $2,000-$2,100 basic + $100 Performance Allowance + $50 Transport Allowance + Shift Allowance + Overtime = Gross $2,800-$3,100

Working Hours:

Day Shift: 7:30am-7:30pm ($10/day shift allowance)

Night Shift: 7:30pm-7:30am ($13/day shift allowance)

Work 5 days: Mon-Fri / Tue-Sat

Location: 1 Tuas South Ave 4
Full air-conditioned environment
Company canteen with affordable meals ($2.50) + FREE Milo/Coffee

Job Responsibilities:
Pick & pack milk powder
Load/unload 25kg milk powder (two-person carry)
Palletizing duties
Perform simple quality checks
Maintain hygiene & safety
Other ad hoc duties

Requirements & Benefits:
PPE provided (jumpsuit, shoes, hair net, mask, eye plug)
Comfortable with 12-hour shifts & standing long hours
Experience not required - training provided
Comfortable to carry up to 25kg
Willing to complete Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1
