About the Role

We are setting up a robotics manufacturing site in Singapore, responsible for assembling and delivering robotic products to overseas markets such as the US and India.

This is a hands-on engineering role with site ownership responsibility.

You will take responsibility for on-site manufacturing, daily operations, delivery coordination, and compliance, while working closely with HQ R&D, manufacturing, and overseas sales teams.

What You Will Do

• Hands-on assembly, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of robotic and electromechanical products
• Support pilot builds, early production, and continuous manufacturing improvement
• Act as the Site Lead for the Singapore facility, coordinating warehouse, admin, and on-site staff
• Ensure smooth daily site operations, efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Work with HQ overseas sales teams to support production and shipment planning
• Coordinate with HQ R&D and manufacturing teams on engineering and manufacturing issues
• Ensure site operations comply with relevant Singapore regulations

What We Are Looking For

Must-have

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or related fields
• Hands-on experience in robotics, automation, or electromechanical product manufacturing
• Comfortable working on the shop floor and handling detailed, practical work
• Ability to take ownership of site-level operations and delivery
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)

Nice-to-have

• Experience acting as a site lead or senior engineer in a small or growing factory
• Exposure to warehouse coordination, NPI, or early-stage manufacturing
• Experience working with overseas teams or international markets
