Factory Manager (Stone / Sintered / Fabrication Plant)

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee our fabrication plant operations. This role involves managing daily production, supervising workers, ensuring quality control, and maintaining efficient workflow in the factory.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage day-to-day factory operations and production schedule

. Supervise and coordinate factory workers, installers, and subcontractors

. Ensure proper handling, cutting, and fabrication of sintered stone, marble, and granite

. Monitor quality control and ensure work meets project and client standards

. Plan manpower allocation and improve productivity

. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations

. Coordinate with office team, project managers, and site teams

. Handle inventory, materials, and machinery maintenance

. Troubleshoot production issues and propose solutions

Requirements

. Minimum 3-5 years experience in factory / production / construction-related environment

. Experience in stone, tiling, carpentry, or fabrication preferred

. Strong leadership and team management skills

. Able to communicate with workers (Mandarin / basic English preferred)

. Hands-on, responsible, and able to work under pressure

. Familiar with fabrication processes, drawings, and site coordination is a plus
