Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Blinds Factory Manager and ZipBlinds Factory Manager to lead our blinds production team and oversee daily manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily factory operations and manage production schedules
Lead the production team to ensure consistent output and quality
Ensure orders are completed accurately and delivered on time
Manage raw material inventory, stock control, and production planning
Improve workflow efficiency, reduce wastage, and maintain productivity standards
Coordinate with Sales / Operations teams to align on order timelines and installation requirements
Ensure compliance with factory safety and operational SOPs

Requirements:

Experience in blinds production preferred (roller blinds / zebra / outdoor zip / venetian / honeycomb etc.)
Strong leadership, discipline, and people management skills
Able to manage timelines, quality checks, and production KPI targets
Strong problem-solving skills able to troubleshoot factory issues quickly
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
