FACTORY MANAGER

Job Scope:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily carpentry production operations to ensure timely and quality delivery of furniture and related products

• Supervise carpenters, technicians, and foremen, assigning tasks and monitoring work progress

• Interpret and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring works are carried out accurately

• Manage the full carpentry workflow, from material cutting, assembly, finishing, to on-site installation

• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and machinery, minimizing wastage and maintaining cost efficiency

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, designers, architects, and other construction professionals to meet project requirements

• Conduct quality checks to ensure all finished works meet design, safety, and workmanship standards

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures

• Monitor project schedules and manpower deployment to meet deadlines

• Report work progress, issues, and improvements to management

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years experience

• Must follow instruction and hardworking and cooperative

• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other construction professionals

• Reading blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepare by other construction professionals, architects and building code recommendations

• Starting from cutting and paste to build and install finished carpentry work at the project site.

• Good knowledge with the materials

• Good understanding of the drawings
