Factory MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage daily factory operations to ensure production targets are met on schedule
2. Read and interpret technical drawings and guide production accordingly
3. Organize and assign production tasks based on orders, and monitor progress
4. Lead, manage, and train production workers to improve efficiency and skills
5. Supervise quality control processes to ensure products meet required standards
6. Manage factory machinery, including basic maintenance and troubleshooting
7. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
8. Ensure workplace safety and enforce safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in iron or aluminum alloy industry preferred
2. Familiar with machinery operation and basic maintenance
3. Able to read and understand technical/engineering drawings
4. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
5. Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
6. Chinese candidates preferred
7. Able to communicate in English.
