Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily plant operations across production, maintenance, quality, warehousing, and logistics
- Drive production planning and execution to meet customer requirements on time and within budget
- Oversee inventory, material flow, and supply chain coordination
- Implement and monitor operational strategies, continuous improvement initiatives, and cost controls
- Ensure full compliance with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) and EHS regulations
- Manage plant maintenance programmes to ensure maximum equipment reliability and uptime
- Lead site expansion, modification, and capital projects
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams while fostering a strong safety culture
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Science
- Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing ( Building Materials ).
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong understanding of plant operations, EHS, and quality systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
