Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Facility Manager role based in Singapore. The Facility Manager will oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of facilities to ensure they meet operational requirements. Key responsibilities include managing facility operations, supervising maintenance teams, coordinating vendor services, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and responding to facility-related emergencies. The role also involves planning and budgeting for capital improvements and identifying opportunities for cost savings and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Facility Management and Maintenance Operations
  • Strong understanding of Safety Standards and Regulatory Compliance requirements
  • Vendor management experience, including coordination and contract negotiation
  • Ability to develop, manage, and optimize budgets and resource utilization strategies
  • Problem-solving skills for addressing facility-related challenges and emergencies
  • Experience with sustainable practices and implementation of smart technology systems
  • A bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
  • Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent are advantageous
