Job Description

. To carry out daily checks on facility & security equipments and fill up relevant checklists.

. Prepare and submit daily and monthly Facility Reports.

. Prepare and submit scheduled verification / calibration reports.

. Monitor licenses and cleanroom certification expiry and arrange for renewal.

. Able to draw basic conclusion from data of meter readings.

. To carry out daily patrol of facility & security areas and report on defects and abnormalities.

. To perform preventive maintenance on facility & security equipment as per schedule.

. Able to carry out troubleshooting works for facility system.

. Attend to defects and breakdowns as reported by end user.

. To liaise and supervise servicing works performed by external service providers.

. To maintain proper documentation of reported defects and job completion status.

. Revise and update Work Instructions & Procedures.

. Participate in annual budgeting exercise.

. Participate in facilities improvement project.

. Participate in Company's Emergency Response team (CERT) and WSH activities.

. To perform any other facility and/or security related work as assigned by management.

. Comply with all Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures of the Company.

Job Requirements

. Minimum 3 years experience as facility technician in a factory/manufacturing environment

. Nitec/Higher Nitec in Facility Management or GCE O Level

. Basic Microsoft Office Skills

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working hours:

Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pm
