Facility Technician

- Plan & supervise the technicians and contractors to handle facilities service requests

. Preparing maintenance or incident reports and assist in other routine facility maintenance related projects or assignments

. Manage and oversee operations and the implementation and maintenance of internal systems to ensure protocol are followed and met

. Plan, organize and execute all improvement projects and ensure maintenance requirements are met at all times

. provide technical specifications of system, equipment and prepare proposal, tender, quotation etc. for procurement of services and goods

. Attend to emergency/crisis and assist in emergency management and contingency planning when required

. Any task which may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

Eligible candidate should be physically fit as This role requires to carry heavy items and may have to climb up the ladders and may have to access Rooftop.
