Facility Technician (Bulim/ Jurong West)

Responsibilities: -

• Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of facility systems, MHE, and building services
• Carry out general building repairs (electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping)
• Coordinate and supervise vendors for maintenance works
• Support facility-related requests across departments
• Maintain maintenance records and inventory
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency repairs, including after-hours support
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with team members and supervisors
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements: -

• Minimum Secondary/ITE qualification with facility management and M&E experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy items
• Hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of M&E systems and MHE
• Knowledge of safety, health, and quality standards
• Willing to work in an oil and grease environment and perform overtime when required
• Good attendance, attitude, and teamwork mindset
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Possess Forklift license and fire safety experience are an advantage
• Ability to read technical drawings and site plans is an advantage
