Facility Technician
Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 per month
Working Location: 7 Gul Circle, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30PM alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for in-house repair works and facility maintenance across warehouses, offices and buildings.
- Liaise with subcontractors on repair, maintenance and facility-related works.
- Ensure strong support and prompt response to requests raised by internal and external stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) issues across warehouses, offices and buildings.
- Carry out building alteration and addition (A&A) works where required.
- Provide technical advice and training to subcontractors when necessary.
- Perform administrative duties including preparing reports, recording electricity meter readings and sourcing quotations for facility-related works.
- Support domestic travel for work-related assignments.
- Remain contactable via mobile or other communication channels during office hours and occasionally outside office hours when required.
- Adhere strictly to the company's Zero Safety Accident and Incident Policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- 3-5 years or more of relevant experience as a Technician in Facility Management, Estate Management or a related field.
- Strong hands-on technical skills in mechanical, electrical and building works.
- Able to work under pressure and respond promptly to urgent enquiries and maintenance requests.
- Good communication and coordination skills when working with internal stakeholders, external clients and subcontractors.
- Possess a valid Scissor Lift License.
- Safety-conscious and able to comply with workplace safety requirements.
