Facility Technician/Assistant Facility Engineer

Duties

- Responsible for plant facility, equipment preventive and corrective maintenance

- Repairing of equipment, provide technical support, carry out preventive maintenance, equipment set-up

- Assist in identifying and trouble-shooting technical issues

- Drive improvement activity on equipment/facility efficiency and performance

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

- Minimum Higher Nitec in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronic Engineering

- At least 2 years related experience preferred

- Experience in handling ACMV system, Building Management System, lab equipment and etc will be an advantage

- Self-driven, meticulous with strong ability to multi-task and lead by example

- Positive attitude, good team player with good interpersonal & communication skill

- Preferably equipped with MS office eg Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD

- Only Singaporean and Singapore PR need to apply

- Willing to travel to 9 Perahu Road, Lim Chu Kang, S718793 (transport provided at designated MRT stations)
