Facility Supervisor (Renewable Contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise 2 on-site technicians and ensure daily routine checks are completed using site checklists.
• Monitor building services, mainly ACMV/HVAC systems (e.g., MAU/AHU, exhaust, FCU/cassette units), and report abnormalities promptly.
• Provide first-line response to breakdowns/emergency calls, escalate to specialist contractors when required, and follow the site escalation procedure.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and incidents (breakdown logs, repair status, follow-up actions).
• Track consumables/spare parts (e.g., filters) and inform the Facility Manager for replenishment.
• Support vendor coordination (site access, work scheduling) and ensure SOP/safety compliance on-site.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Facility Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 3+years of relevant experience in facility operations / building maintenance, with supervisory or lead technician exposure preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems and general M&E building services maintenance.
• Comfortable with site walkabouts, troubleshooting, and maintaining operational logs/documentation.
• Able to respond to emergencies outside standard hours when required (as per site needs).
• Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm & Sat: 8:30am-12:30pm
