Job Descriptions
- Oversee the overall management and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure operational reliability
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers (cleaning, security, M&E, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, including cost control and optimization initiatives
- Lead space planning, renovations, and facility improvement projects
- Monitor utilities consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate corrective actions
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and maintenance records
- Support business continuity and risk management planning
Requirements
- Diploma and above in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related field
- Proven experience in facility or property management
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, etc.)
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Good project management and vendor management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
