Facility Manager Environmental Treatment Plant

West|Company transport from Jurong East (7:30am)

8:00am - 5:00pm / 8:00am-12:00pm (5.5 days)

Salary: Up to $7000 (Basic) + VB

Job Description

- Oversee the daily operations of the waste treatment plant to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient running
- Ensure the plant operates in full compliance with safety, health, and environmental (EHS) regulations
- Lead and manage plant staff and shift teams, ensuring adequate manpower and 24/7 operational coverage where required
- Work closely with the maintenance team to plan preventive maintenance and minimize unplanned downtime
- Monitor plant performance to meet waste processing targets and uptime goals
- Provide technical guidance to resolve operational or equipment issues related to waste treatment systems
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site organization (5S)
- Track and review plant data, KPIs, and operational reports, and submit regular updates to management

Requirements

- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
- Min 5 years of experience in waste treatment or industrial plant operations
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of physical, chemical, and biological waste treatment processes
