  1. UPS Preventive Maintenance
  • Scheduled inspection and health checks
  • Battery condition assessment
  • Functional testing and reporting
  • Recommendations for corrective actions

 

  1. UPS Corrective Maintenance & Support
  • UPS Monitoring (DCIM)
  • Fault diagnosis and rectification
  • Replacement of defective components (where applicable)
  • Breakdown support and escalation handling

 

  1. Support Coverage & SLA
  • Support hours and response time options
  • Onsite support arrangements
  • Escalation and reporting processes

 

  1. Power Infrastructure Maintenance
  • Inspection of associated power equipment (e.g. distribution boards, cabling related to UPS)
  • Electrical safety and compliance checks

 

  1. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintenance reports
  • Incident and service records
  • Recommendations for lifecycle management
