Tenant management includes: point of contact for all queries related to the building, up-to-date identity management of tenants staff profiles in access control system, tenants guests parking allocation / parking administration support
Visitor management includes: virtual helpdesk for directions, access, and parking issues
Attend weekly coordination meeting with other departments related to building performancessuch as Technical, cleanliness, safety and securities issues
Manage implementation of building-related programmes, such as, but not limited to:WELL-related programmes involving wellness- and health-focused initiatives,events and visits promoting
Support overall building operations and communicate any updates to policies and practices to all building occupants as a representative of FM team.
Manage occupant amenities, such as but not limited to: building occupant web app, employee café, pantries, meeting rooms, shuttle bus services or any ad-hoc requests.
Support Facility/Property Manager with tasks relatable to building operations/management, tenant management with administrative tasks etc.
Requirements
Diploma and equivalent practical experience, fresh graduates with keen sense of learning are welcome to apply
Minimum two (2) years'experience working in hospitality, property management, and customer orientedroles,
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
Interest in Built Environment and Innovation + Technology is a plus
Friendly disposition and experience with customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail, diligent and with strong organizational skills
Demonstrated track record of delivery in ambiguous environments
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with partners
Proactive and skills collaborator with a hands-on working style
