FACILITY MAINTENANCE MANAGER

- Oversee inspections, repairs and preventive maintenance of premises and equipments
- Supervise, train and schedule maintenance staff, technicians and contractors
- Ensure premise comply with occupational health and safety regulations including conducting safety audits and emergency planing
- Manage external contractors, service contracts and vendors for repair and maintenance
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the laundry department, maintenance, cleanliness of the office premises including public toilets and wards, ensuring safety and security of staff, residents and visitors.
