Facility Maintenance Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining of building facilities on timely - servicing, inspection, equipment re-certification etc..
• Undertake minor repair and maintenance work.
• Conduct daily facilities inspection to identify any defect
• Determine and analyze the cause of defects, breakdowns and faults & provide suggestions to prevent any future occurrences
• Liaise and supervise contractors on facilities repair / renovation works to ensure acceptable standard of work
• Ensure that only authorize users have accessed to locked venue
• Other tasks as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in M&E / Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• 2 years of work experience in Facilities & Building Management
• Can work under minimal supervision and is pro-active
