Working day: 5.5 days work week
Location: 24 Penjuru Road, 609128

Responsibilities:

. Oversee warehouse & office facilities and inspect building systems including fire alarms, ACMV, mechanical & electrical etcs to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieve environmental conditions prescribed

. Oversee and inspect the work performed by technicians and contractors including ACMV, mechanical & electrical, security & cleaning

. Responsible for the planning and execution of corrective/preventive maintenance

. Determine material, equipment, tools and spare parts to be used for maintenance jobs

. Mentor and coach team of technicians and liaise closely with Facility Executive

. Liaise with government authorities on M&E initiatives for compliance

. Review and recommend Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and propose changes for review

. Any other tasks

Requirements:

. Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering

. Around 2 years of experience in maintenance of mechanical & electrical services with at least 2 years of supervisory experience

. Excellent communication skills with ability to establish, maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
