Job Description

Overview:

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the company's F&B outlets and office premises. This role is primarily office-based but requires travel to outlets to attend to maintenance issues and supervise contractors as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities for all F&B outlets.

  • Attend outlets on demand to troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns and facility issues.

  • Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance (M&E systems, kitchen equipment, pest control, horticulture, security, etc.).

  • Investigate faults, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

  • Supervise contractors to ensure works are completed according to required standards and safety regulations.

  • Assist with maintenance and repair matters for the corporate office when required.

  • Maintain proper documentation of maintenance works and service reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • 2-3 years of relevant facilities management experience (F&B/retail preferred).

  • Good communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with contractors and outlet teams.

  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

  • Willing to travel to outlets and handle urgent maintenance matters when required.

  • Able to respond to urgent maintenance issues outside of normal working hours when necessary.
