Overview:
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the company's F&B outlets and office premises. This role is primarily office-based but requires travel to outlets to attend to maintenance issues and supervise contractors as needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate maintenance activities for all F&B outlets.
Attend outlets on demand to troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns and facility issues.
Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance (M&E systems, kitchen equipment, pest control, horticulture, security, etc.).
Investigate faults, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Supervise contractors to ensure works are completed according to required standards and safety regulations.
Assist with maintenance and repair matters for the corporate office when required.
Maintain proper documentation of maintenance works and service reports.
Requirements:
Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
2-3 years of relevant facilities management experience (F&B/retail preferred).
Good communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with contractors and outlet teams.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Willing to travel to outlets and handle urgent maintenance matters when required.
Able to respond to urgent maintenance issues outside of normal working hours when necessary.
