About The Role

  • Supervise site operations to ensure contractual service delivery standards are met.
  • Support the Facilities Manager in site supervision, planning, and execution of works and services.
  • Manage site measurements, records, and uploading of field data into FM systems.
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and specialists for maintenance and repair works.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements.
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Handle correspondence with clients and service providers professionally.
  • Manage client-appointed nominated subcontractors

About You

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, site supervision, or building maintenance.
  • Proven ability to supervise site operations and ensure compliance with contractual service standards.
  • Experience supporting facilities management functions, including planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance works.
