The incumbent plays a key role in our Asset Management arm, ensuring the smooth operations and maintenance of all the property units under our group of companies.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plan and control all activities on preventive programs for properties or ad-hoc maintenance, facilities and building works
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, consultants, end users and relevant authorities concerning technical and maintenance services, repairs, installation, renovation and reinstatement works.
- Prepare cost estimates for repair works, work specifications, drafting of contract documents, invitation for quotation, tender, and recommendation for award of quotation/tenders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations
- Raise Purchase Orders and handle facility-related administration matters
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Building, Engineering or its equivalent
- Proficient with MS Office
- Good organization with excellent follow-up skills
- Exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills
- Effectively Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking contractors)
