JOB DESCRIPTION
Department: Facility
Reports to: Facility Assistant Manager
Functional Relationships with: Production, Machine Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and EHS
Position Profile:
Based in: Tuas, Singapore
Successful candidate will: Be in-charge of shift operation and maintenance team to run and troubleshoot issues relating to facilities, production & EHS.
Be in-charge of a Construction and project implementation to support facility operation to support un-interruptible utility supply to manufacturing and office.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure un-interruptible facility services to manufacturing & office.
- Implement effective maintenance program (Internal & External).
- Effective breakdown maintenance analysis (FTA, 5 why).
- Analysis machine and equipment performance.
- Assist for manpower arrangement & project management.
- Budget planning & tracking.
- Equipment replacement planning & implementation.
- Energy saving project planning & implementation.
- Department transformation to SMART Factory & DX & derive continuous improvement (reliability, productivity, cost, etc.)
- Documentation, Proposals and presentations
- Audit preparation, attendance & corrective actions
- License and permit tracking.
- Collaborate with vendors, other departments in projects
- Liaise with Japan headquarter for projects and improvement
- Liaise with ASEAN affiliates for improvement sharing and works
Ability / Competency Required
- Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- 1 or 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active.
- Knowledge in Boiler operations is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Fire safety is an added advantage.
