Job Summary
The Facility Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness across the company's facilities, including the factory premises, office areas, common areas, and foreign worker dormitory. The role ensures that all assigned areas are kept in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the factory premises, including production areas, walkways, corridors, rest areas, and other designated areas.
- Clean and maintain the foreign worker dormitory, including common areas, corridors, dining areas, kitchens, and other shared facilities.
- Clean and disinfect toilets, washrooms, sinks, and other sanitary facilities regularly.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces as required.
- Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies are properly maintained and stored after use.
- Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies when necessary and inform the supervisor when stocks are running low.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, damages, or cleanliness concerns observed in the factory or dormitory to the supervisor.
- Follow all company health, safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures.
- Perform other cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility maintenance is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Able to work independently and responsibly.
- Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Willing to work in both factory and dormitory environments.
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
- Able to follow instructions and comply with company safety requirements.
