Job Description:
- To plan and schedule maintenance works and projects (upgrading works /renovation/reinstatement as and when required)
- Reviews maintenance contracts on their specifications and contents and put up the necessary approval to the HOD for their executions.
- Conduct periodic inspection to the property to ensure that they are well maintained.
- To manage the assigned property to ensure that they are in good and tenantable condition and attending to all facilities related issues.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Min Diploma/ Degree in Facilities Management
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with Leasing Documentation
- Independent and resourceful
- Good interpersonal skills
Additional information:
Working days: Monday to Friday
Located in Kallang/Aljunied
