Facility & Maintenance Manager Shipyard (Based in Batam)

Responsibilities:

• Lead planned maintenance and a team of shipyard maintenance staff to ensure equipment, machinery, cranes and facilities are well maintained.
• Oversee workshops, docks, slipways, piers and other infrastructure to meet operational, safety and ISO requirements.
• Manage facility upgrade projects, subcontractors, rental equipment and annual maintenance/tooling budgets.
• Ensure hazardous/B3 waste handling and asset disposal comply with local regulations.
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports and recommendations for Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marine/Civil Engineering
• 5-7 years shipyard/plant facilities experience
