Position: Facilities Technician

The Executive Centre is an innovative, multinational, flexible workspace provider, catering to businesses and individual members from the broadest spectrum, each with unique requirements.

A facilities technician performs routine maintenance. This can include activities like repairing office furniture, replacing light fixtures, painting maintaining air conditioning and basic servicing. They ensure that all systems are working seamlessly to provide a safe and comfortable environment.

Technicians inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot systems and equipment. They run tests and interpret the results to make the effective recommendations to fix faulty or broken equipment. When necessary, during repairs, they will source replacement parts and costs.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance: Performing routine checks and upkeep to prevent breakdowns
• Repair: Diagnosing and fixing issues to restore equipment to working order
• Inventory: Managing and maintaining inventory of tools and spare parts
• Troubleshooting: Identifying the root cause of problems
• Documentation: Keeping records of work performed, including test results, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Collaboration: Working with Operations Manager to solve members issues and recommend solutions

Who are we looking for:

• Vocational Training / Technical Diploma
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Minimum 5 years technical experience in maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• 5 years in displaying a hands-on approach and good analytical in facilities related repairs and maintenance
• Responsive On-site support
• Customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and time management skills
