Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment, including compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and electrical/mechanical control systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with Site Management regarding ongoing maintenance activities, planned work, and any equipment malfunctions or deficiencies.
- Proactively identify and repair refrigerant leaks, and monitor refrigerant usage at assigned locations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks on refrigeration and HVAC systems as scheduled.
- Work independently while being flexible and responsive to site requirements, including standby duties and overtime as needed.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Nitec in Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent.
- Valid Class 3 Driving License
- Willingness to be flexible in a fast-paced working environment.
