- Carry out nightly checks and basic servicing of airconditioning units and school facilities.
- Identify and report any defects or safety concerns in classrooms, shared areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Manage urgent maintenance tasks, including electrical issues, plumbing repairs, and minor facility rectifications.
- Support contractors during repair or upgrade works when required.
Requirements:
- Possess valid Class 2B/3 License
- Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of handson facility maintenance experience candidates with 5 years of building or construction maintenance experience.
- Able to work night shift (10pm - 7am)
- Practical knowledge in airconditioning maintenance plus basic competencies in electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.
