- Maintain and troubleshoot office and plant facilities, including electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and compressed air systems.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors/vendors, including quotations, service quality, and safety compliance.
- Manage office and plant infrastructure, renovations, relocations, utilities, and improvement projects.
- Monitor utility consumption and identify energy-saving and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, fire safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain facilities asset records, maintenance documentation, SOPs, inspection certificates, and reports.
- Support maintenance budgeting, procurement, spare parts management, and equipment replacement planning.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency, and sustainability.
Requirements:
- At least ITE Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in facilities, building services, plant maintenance, or manufacturing environments will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and utility systems.
- Good troubleshooting, coordination, and contractor management skills.
