Job Summary

• Job Title: Facilities Technician (Building Services)

• Industry: Semiconductor - MNC

• Location: Tampines, Singapore

• Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts

• Work Schedule: 4-3-3-4 rotating pattern

Key Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance and servicing of facility systems, including cooling/heating, compressed air, vacuum systems, and ACMV systems in cleanroom and non-cleanroom areas.

• Supporting engineers with daily operations, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for facility equipment.

• Coordinating and following up on internal and external maintenance activities when required.

• Ensuring facility systems and equipment operate safely and reliably.

• Supporting general facility maintenance and building services activities within the manufacturing site.

Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.

• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing industries.

• Experience with cleanroom operations and facility systems is preferred.

• Good troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
