Location : Changi
Salary: Up to $4000
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operations, fault rectifications, and regular inspections of building and M&E systems
- Attend to service requests such as replacing faulty lighting, ceiling boards, and repairs
- Plan and oversee contractors for maintenance and repair work ensure compliance with contracts and safety standards
- Assist Engineering Manager with quality maintenance programs and regulatory compliance
- Respond to emergency calls and faults during and outside office hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contractors/vendors
- Support investigations into quality deviations and implement corrective actions to meet cGMP requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building, or equivalent field
