Key Responsibilities
- As Subject Matter Expert responsible for UPW / Wastewater Treatment systems including design, operations, maintenance, testing and commissioning, improvements, training programs and projects when needed.
- Ensure a safe and optimal performance, reliability and efficiency of these systems throughout the facility's lifecycle.
- These systems shall include but not limited to the following e.g. UPW sub-systems, water treatment and reclaim systems etc.
- Perform any other additional technical functions as directed by management.
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences
Bachelor's degree or higher in UPW / Waste Water Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Facility UPW / Waste Water, Reclaim systems
Wafer fab facility UPW / Waste Water, Reclaim systems design, operation and maintenance experience.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions and geographical teams with diverse background.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve positive results and outcome.
- Strong leadership and people management experience, with the ability to inspire, develop, and guide teams towards achieving business goals and project milestones.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Goals driven and an excellent team player that can work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Has a proactive attitude and growth mindset, prioritizing adaptability, resilience, innovation, collaborative and ongoing learning to support business needs.
- Good skills of computer software e.x. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD etc.
