Responsibilities:
Manage residents enquiries and assist them with facility bookings (e.g., function rooms, BBQ pits, courts).
Handle proper handover and takeover of facilities and equipment before and after use.
Inspect facilities for cleanliness, readiness, and any damages.
Maintain booking records, deposits, and payments according to procedures.
Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to prepare facilities.
Report faults or damages and ensure compliance with House Rules and SOPs.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures accurately.
Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, email, booking systems).
Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently.
Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts in a 4-day work week schedule.
