Job Description

As an Executive, Facilities (Project), you'll ensures smooth, safe, and costefficient operations of all facilities through proactive maintenance, project coordination, regulatory compliance, and vendor management.

  • Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance and repair works
  • Conduct inspections and ensure our buildings remain safe, functional and compliant
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors and Managing Agents for all maintenance and project works
  • Track budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) and ensure costeffective execution
  • Support tender processes, vendor sourcing and contract management
  • Manage building licences, renewals and regulatory requirements
  • Drive consistency and best practices across all centres
  • Support WSH compliance and liaise with MOM on related matters
  • Track and monitor details of monthly facilities and progress report from Managing Agent

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Building Services, Real Estate Management, Engineering, Facilities Management (or equivalent)
  • Preferably 5 years relevant experience
